This Privacy Policy explains how Hospitality is Life LLC, operating as LMR Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with the Daily Planner mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

 

## The short version

 

Daily Planner is built to keep your information on your own device. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name or email, and the notes, shifts, contacts, and other entries you type into the App are stored **only on your device**. We cannot see them.

 

The only information involved is what is needed to process a subscription, and that is handled by Apple, Google, and our subscription provider — not stored by us directly.

 

## Information you enter in the App

 

Everything you write in the App — shifts, call logs, seniority lists, contacts, tips, notes, and any other entries — is saved locally on your device using your device's storage. This data:

 

- Stays on your device.

- Is not transmitted to us or to any server we control.

- Is not accessible to us.

 

If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it. We recommend using the App's export/backup feature to keep your own copy.

 

## Subscriptions and purchases

 

Daily Planner offers an optional paid subscription with a free trial. Payments are processed entirely by **Apple's App Store** or **Google Play**. We never see or store your payment card, billing address, or Apple/Google account credentials.

 

To manage entitlements (to know whether your subscription or free trial is active), we use **RevenueCat, Inc.**, a subscription management service. RevenueCat processes:

 

- A randomly generated app user identifier (not tied to your name).

- Subscription and purchase status received from Apple or Google (for example, whether your trial or subscription is active, and when it renews or expires).

- Basic device and country information provided by the app stores.

The App Stores (Apple and Google) also process purchase information under their own privacy policies.

 

## What we do NOT do

 

- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

- We do not use advertising networks or ad tracking.

- We do not collect analytics that identify you.

- We do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

 

## Children's privacy

 

Daily Planner is intended for adults in the workforce and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

 

## Data retention and deletion

 

Because your App content lives on your device, you control it — deleting an entry, clearing the App's data, or uninstalling the App removes it. For subscription records held by RevenueCat or the app stores, you may request deletion by contacting us at the email below; note that Apple and Google retain their own transaction records as required by law.

 

## Your rights

 

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Since we hold almost no personal information about you, most requests can be satisfied on your device. For anything else, contact us.

 

## Changes to this Policy

 

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the App.
